Owner and executive chef Joey Phadungsil, after years of culinary adventures ranging from the bustling restaurant business of Bangkok to the sophisticated Thai and Japanese restaurants of New York, has partnered with head chef Martin Baxin, who brings a wealth of experience in Asian cuisine. Together, they felt a calling to share their knowledge and expertise in Thai and Japanese cuisine with the people of Milwaukee.
